Strongly recommend Ali for composite bonding. From the initial consultation I felt in safe hands particularly as Ali spent a great deal of time discussing and agreeing how I would like the end result. (Natural) I am over the moon with my new teeth ! Ali took great care and time to design/shape each tooth, they look better than I expected and with the aftercare Ali provides the whole package is superb !

Rochester Lodge was highly recommended to me by a friend who had a fear of dentists and had tried about 7 local dentists beforehand. I first visited Nez in Sept 24 when I explained the long list of things I wanted to change about my smile/gums/teeth. Nez took all the time in the world to listen and understand before crafting a master plan of Invisalign, new crown, fillings, fixed bar, gum removal, composite bonding, retainers and teeth whitening. She is an absolute professional perfectionist while being so warm, kind, friendly and funny (along with Sally and the other lovely ladies on reception). They have all made my dental journey such a positive one, I’m so grateful to have found them. My new beautiful smile has given me a new lease of life and people are constantly complimenting it. I’m always recommending Nez/Rochester Lodge to people including my daughter who was over the moon with her teeth whitening experience (especially for her graduation pictures). I can’t thank Nez and the whole team at Rochester Lodge enough for the best dental experience I could have wished for 😀

A great Dental Practice which my family have used for many years. The whole team are very professional, friendly and very importantly good at their jobs. I recently had a tooth overlay which Nez did for me, very ably supported by Sally; she did an excellent job, extremely thorough, explained everything very clearly and put me at my ease throughout. I highly recommend Nez and all the team at Rochester Lodge.

A fantastic practice! I first started seeing Dr O’Brien some 20 years ago. However, after moving very far away I eventually switched dentists (after still travelling hours to Bromley for a few years as I really did not want to have to find a new dentist).The service was never the same at my new surgery, and the customer focussed attention just was not there. This came to a head a month or so ago, so I decided to get back in touch with Rochester Lodge. They were nothing short of amazing and to my delight, Dr O’Brien was still there!I’ve now re-registered and have had three wonderful visits (and I do mean wonderful as I had some serious pain and problems that were resolved professionally).All the staff there, including reception and the nurse have been so welcoming and most have worked there for years. Nice touch is that they remember you!Rochester Lodge is again now our family dentist, even if it takes up half the day to get there and back!

Ali did my composite bonding for me and he has completely transformed my smile. He put me at so much ease, always checked to make sure I was comfortable and talked me through the process the whole way through. I feel so confident and so happy with my smile now. He is genuinely incredible at what he does and the pride he takes in his work is so evident based on the results of my teeth - he is a perfectionist! I’ve been coming to this dental practice for several years now and have always had a positive experience, but I was particularly impressed on my recent visit for a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Ali.He did an outstanding job – the extraction was clean and straightforward, with very little discomfort during or after the procedure. The area has healed quickly and smoothly.Dr Ali's calm, reassuring manner really helped put me at ease. He clearly explained the procedure and what to expect which was really helpful especially after a difficult experience with a past extraction elsewhere. His thoughtful approach made all the difference.The reception team are always friendly and welcoming, and the whole practice has a warm, professional atmosphere.An excellent experience from start to finish — I highly recommend Dr Ali and the team.

My family have been going to Rochester Lodge Dental Practice for many years now and wouldn't trust our dental treatment to anyone else. Ali and his assistant are just amazing - they are friendly, interested in you and really helped to make my kids feel at ease when they had to undertake some extractions recently. Aside from the excellent work they do - and we have never had a problem - Ali has imparted a lot of useful tips over the years about brushing techniques and toothpastes to avoid which have made a real difference to my oral hygiene. I would highly recommend the practice and their professionalism.

I had an excellent experience all round from Ali at Rochester Lodge dental practice. The planning for the composit veneers was detailed and informative from start to finish. Ali took great care to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted and I am delighted with the result. The entire experience with Ali at Rochester Lodge was 10/10. I originally spoke to Ali about the idea of having composite veneers for my top front teeth and from the very first appointment Ali delivered a first class service. I couldn’t be happier with the final result which I love so much I have booked in to have the bottom teeth done too! I see Dr Ghomessi.I cannot stress what a wonderful dentist he is. After 60 years of a phobia of dentists he managed to cure this after a couple of appointments. Now I feel confident in attending and completely trust his expertise. I am of the opinion that he has a particular gift in calming the most anxious patients and would strongly recommend him to any patients who have been traumatised by dentists in the past! I had the Icon White Spot Treatment here around 2 months ago, and I am still amazed by the results. Dr Ali Ghomeshi was incredibly patient and walked me through the entire process, making sure I was informed every step of the way. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier I don't regret it! If you're considering the Icon treatment, it's absolutely worth getting.

I am SO happy with the service, results and price for my Invisalign journey at Rochester Lodge. Dr Ali is absolutely fantastic - he really takes time, care and pride with his patients. He thoroughly explained every step of the journey and offered helpful and considered advice when discussing options. I had Invisalign trays for just over 6 months, then opted for teeth whitening and composite bonding to give the desired end result (which by the way, was amazing!). Having had consultations with other Invisalign dentists, I can confidently recommend Dr Ali over other dental surgeries. The reception staff and dental nurses are also amazing - so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

The team is very friendly and efficient.The principal Mike is an outstanding dentist who gives our family a great service every time.I also regularly see the hygienist Teresa who makes any one feel relaxed during a deep and thorough cleaning. I have been a patient at the practice for many years and a patient of Dr Ghomeshi’s for even longer. Ali is a consummate professional, he knows everything there is to know about his craft and always has a solution suitable for you as a patient, to any dental problem. Ali’s manner is personal, considerate and calming and for someone who is never thrilled about going to the dentist (me!), he makes the experience enjoyable. The nurses are all also lovely to deal with and extremely helpful. A great practice!

I would highly recommend Rochester Lodge and in particular, Dr Ghomeshi. I have visited the practise several times for check ups, fillings, composite bonding and whitening. After previous bad experiences with dentists, Ali took the time to understand what is happening with my teeth and used composite bonding to bring the confidence back to my smile - I can’t thank him enough!
